comments :  I was suppoed to wear that costume 1 year ago with all my friends, at Japan Expo 2004, but I had some sadly reason to give up. So as Epita set 2 days for cosplay : one for individuals and one for groups, I decided to wear Noelle on the first day.
The cos itself was not to troublesome, in fact it's just lycra and ribbon, and lycra and pearls... the most difficult part was the wig, which I wanted to be blue, but when I dyed it, it turned to be really really soft blue. But I like the way it looks, maybe it fits me better than an baby [electric] blue wig ^^
